Formed in the early 1960's Purification Products has pioneered and patented a
unique system to incorporate active powders into a variety of materials to help companies all
over the world purify, clean and filter liquids, vapours and gases.
Activated carbon and other powders such as alumina and silica gel have valuable roles to play in
domestic, industrial and medical fields.
They are however often inconvenient, impractical or impossible to use in the loose powder form.
Purification Products incorporates active powders into textile, board and foam
type substrates, resulting in materials that are both clean and easy to handle.

Our company headquarters in Saltaire are very close to the internationally famous Salts Mill which stands alongside the River Aire.
This fine building was commissioned by the ledgendary Sir Titus Salt (1803-1876) as was the entire local village to house his workforce. Sir Titus gained much recognision as a major force in changing social conditions for his people and this was crucial in a time where business was very dependant on customary bonds and strong personal relationships built on trust. Titus Salt went on to become the Mayor of Bradford in 1848 and a Member of the UK Parliament in 1849.
At Purification Products we also base our business connections on strong personal relationships with our customers - and it is this fact which we're happy to say brings us many repeat orders from around the world.

Not far from the company's offices, are the bleak and windswept moors overlooking the picturesque village of Howarth. Here is the old building which features in Emily Brontë's famous book: "Wuthering Heights".
This book tells the romantic and mysterious tale of the passionate relationship between Catherine Earnshaw and Mr Heathcliff.
The English heritage is an important part of the the area in which we've based our business, indeed all of the landscape around our headquarters in Shipley is steeped in history and tradition.
At Purification Products we recognise the importance of traditional values and combine them with sound business sense and world class solutions.
